Refund Policy

We want you to have the best possible experience with EddieBlue. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives with damaged, punctured, or leaking cans, or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eddieblue.com. We will:

  • Replace the quantity of damaged cans (if 3 or more are damaged), or
  • Issue store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged items (if fewer than 3 cans are affected).

Please note: Dented cans are still safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Missing Deliveries If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours as it may still be in transit. If the package does not arrive after that window, contact us for assistance. We may provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Wholesale Orders For wholesale returns or refunds, please refer to the supplemental terms in our Wholesale Agreement.
