Modification & Cancellation Policy

We understand that flexibility is key. That’s why all EddieBlue subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time with immediate effect—no questions asked.

Managing your subscription is quick and easy through your EddieBlue account dashboard. Just follow the steps below.

Subscription Plan Modification

We understand that flexibility is key when it comes to subscriptions, and we’re here to make managing your drink EddieBlue can subscription as convenient as possible. You can easily modify the details of your subscription through your account dashboard at any time prior to your next billing date.

You may modify your subscription by

Changing the product quantity

Adjust the number of cans in your subscription to match your needs.

Changing the subscription frequency

Select how often you’d like to receive your EddieBlue shipment (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, etc.).

Changing the delivery date

Reschedule your next delivery to better align with your preferences or travel plans.

Updating your payment method

Ensure uninterrupted service by keeping your payment details current.

Skipping a subscription cycle

Need a break? You can skip a delivery without canceling your subscription altogether.

How to Make Modifications

Easily manage your EddieBlue subscription in just a few steps. From adjusting your delivery schedule to updating payment methods, you’re in full control—anytime.

Log In

Visit eddieblue.com and click the Account icon in the top right corner. Log in using the email used during checkout.

Access Your Subscriptions

Once logged in, navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” section.

Find the Active Subscription

You will see a list of your active subscriptions. Click “Manage” next to the subscription you'd like to update.

Update Subscription Preferences

Use the available options to adjust your quantity, frequency, delivery date, payment method, or skip a shipment.

Save & Confirm Changes

Save your changes. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your updates are processed.

Note: All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

To Pause Your Subscription

Follow Steps 1–3 above.

Under subscription details, click “Pause Subscription”.

Choose the duration (if prompted), and confirm.

You can reactivate your subscription anytime through the same dashboard.

To Cancel Your Subscription

Follow Steps 1–3 above.

Scroll to the bottom and select “Cancel Subscription”.

Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up.

Your subscription will be cancelled immediately. No further charges will apply unless you resubscribe.
