Shipping Policy

Processing Time We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Charges At checkout, you’ll select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected service. All shipping and handling charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Timeline and Carriers Domestic orders typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Title and Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the package is with the shipping provider.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please email info@eddieblue.com.
